We use Water Soluble Dyes, so there is NO Staining or Mess.
How do I use a bath bomb?
Simply fill your bathtub with warm water and drop the bath bomb in. Watch it fizz and release its wonderful scents and colors. Relax and enjoy!
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Our bath bombs are made with gentle, natural ingredients. However, if you have very sensitive skin or allergies, please check the ingredient list or contact us before use.
How should I store my bath bombs?
Keep your bath bombs in a cool, dry place away from moisture to maintain their fizz and fragrance.
Do you offer shipping?
Yes! We ship across Canada. Shipping details and rates are available at checkout.
We use UPS or FedEx for shipments.
Canada Post is used for all PO Boxes.
Orders will be shipped within 8 business days of order date and you will receive a Tracking number once your order has been shipped.
We are not responsible for Lost or Returned shipments.
All shipments are shipped from Kelowna, BC, Canada
When ordering, you're responsible for ensuring the product can be imported to the destination country as the recipient. As the importer of record on your order, you must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. If you are outside of Canada, you may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country that you will have to pay for once the shipment reaches you. These additional charges for customs clearances must be paid by the recipient of the order.
We at Splish Splash have no control over these charges nor can we predict what they might be. As policies range from country to country, you should contact your local customs office for more information. Many times the delays in international shipments are due to the customs clearance process.
What is your return policy?
Do to the nature of our products they cannot be returned. If your product is damaged please Email Us within 1 day of delivery. We will require photos of the damaged products and the packaging box splishsplashbathbombs@hotmail.com
